Does anyone bleed between periods?

Does anyone bleed between periods?- hhmm that does seem a bit strange. Was your period completely regular and then suddenly started bleeding between them or did something happen that you are aware of to cause this? 

For me, at the moment my periods are all over the place. I haven't had a proper period since march and have only had about two periods since then, all of which were very very light but i know what has caused this to happen, primarily because i wasn't eating properly and exercising too much. There must be a reason why your periods have gone strange as well. If you can't work out what is causing it then go to the doctors. That's what they're there for after all hun xxx
