Does bleeding between periods always mean pregnancy sign?

Does bleeding between periods always mean pregnancy sign?-my periods were NEVER irregular. the last few have been heavier (blood clots in the beginning-sorry for details.) wel last week my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex (he pulled out) and im not on the pill ( i know im getting on the pill first thing when i go to the doctors) but we also had sex last night. well this afternoon i started to bleed a little more like spotting and it was the bright red color didnt look like "period" blood bc it wasnt heavy and it is basically gone. but i am freaking out because i had my period 2 weeks ago and its a 27 to 28 day cycle always.

 i NEVER had blood in between periods. is it true that sometimes you just bleed after s3x? is blood in between periods ALWAYS mean pregnancy sign? it was also werid because it feels like my sense of smell has gotten stronger the past few days which i think if i am pregnant from the first time we had s3x, that sign would be way to early so maybe im just thinking about it to much. but how likely can you get pregnant from precum? im worried because i have NEVER had bleeding bbetween periods even with the other times i have had sex, maybe a tiny bit right after sex but then it stopped and that was right at the end of my period so it could have been why it happened then. but my period for this month is over an im worried i now have spotting :/ how likely is it to become pregnant from precum when you arent on the pill?

 

Update: thank you to the person with the ? mark lol. im trying not to freak out my boyfriends claiming im not pregnant bc we used "pull out" method but i know its still possible so im trying not to freak out for the next few weeks and hoping it comes then lol. thank you for the advice, appreciate it!

 

It can be for many reasons. I had bleeding inbetween periods and as I am a hypochondriac I was convinced I had cervical cancer. I went to the doctors who sent me for an ultrasound scan to check all my stomach organs and my uterus, ovaries tubes etc they found everything was fine. They had thought it may be down to a cysts possibly polycystic ovaries. If I were you I would not worry like I do, I always diagnose myself with something life threatening lol just go to your doctors they will probably send you for a scan and check everything out to see whats going on. It being down to something very serious is a very low risk as I was told. All the best hun xxx

The pull out method is not a good form of birth control so pregnancy could be a possibility if you dont want to be pregnant you need to think of another form of contraception. Pre-c*m can contain sperm, I dont know why the pull out method is even a method of contraception its not even 99% effective like the others. Just keep calm Im sure everything will work out :)
